If you’ve been using ArcGIS Online for a while, you’ve probably started asking yourself at least one of these questions:
- Are we outgrowing AGOL?
- Is Enterprise the right next step?
- What does it actually take to get there?
- What is the return on the investment?
Watch our panel discussion webinar featuring perspectives from a GIS software supervisor from Santa Rosa, Florida who made this journey from Online to Enterprise, an Enterprise migration expert who regularly guides GIS teams through migrations, and the Managed Cloud Services client success team who partner with GIS organizations once they are in Enterprise.
By the end of this webinar, you will have better understanding of what it means to stay with ArcGIS Online, adopt ArcGIS Enterprise, or implement a hybrid model that best aligns with your organization’s evolving GIS strategy.
About the panelists

Joe Thornton, GIS Software Supervisor, Santa Rosa County, Florida
Joe manages county network architecture and spatial data for the county’s mapping programs and the infrastructure behind Santa Rosa County’s Next-Generation 9-1-1 systems.
Joe built much of his expertise the hard way as a self-taught programmer and database engineer who has worked across PC and network repair, disaster recovery, and database software design before bringing all of that into public service. Joe was also on the front lines of Santa Rosa County’s move from ArcGIS Online and on-premises infrastructure to ArcGIS Enterprise in the cloud.
Todd Buehlman, Vice President of Business Solutions at LOGIC Solutions Group.
Todd brings more than 20 years of experience in the leadership, architecture, and delivery of enterprise software solutions with deep specialization in both Microsoft-based technologies and Esri GIS platforms.
He works with organizations to envision what their GIS platform should become, design the architecture to get there, and then deliver it. He’s led migrations across some of the most demanding environments in AEC, utilities, energy, transportation, and state and local government.
Rachel Jordan, Client Success Manager at ROK Technologies.
Rachel’s career started in the field in environmental permitting and construction at TRC Companies, where she spent over a decade as a GIS analyst and project manager before becoming GIS Team Leader and Administrator for both ArcGIS Online and ArcGIS Enterprise. She’s been the person responsible for keeping an Enterprise environment running, managing the platform from the inside, and understanding what it actually costs a GIS team to own that responsibility.
At ROK, she helps clients navigate exactly that transition from migration through to long-term success with ArcGIS Enterprise in the cloud.
